- NPNisjah Price2 days ago1.0had a very poor experience here today. The employee behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was not busy at all, yet he repeatedly walked past me while I was trying to get a bag and a lid for my food without acknowledging me. When he finally responded, his attitude was dismissive, and he literally tossed a bag at me instead of handing it to me properly. There was no reason for that kind of behavior, especially toward a paying customer. Customer service matters, and this was unacceptable. Management needs to address this. I won’t be returning.

The employee should have re wrapped it or double wrapped it. I had to just eat it as a bowl instead.

Although this chipotle is close to me, I will not be back because It’s not worth being treated like that.

I was not the only one with this problem in my family we ordered four meals and only one was right.
