  I love Paul, Luke, and Josh brown. They are so handsome and kind. They serve the best food. They should all be promoted to manager. I love them so much. Chick fil a is overrated, but they are not. Much love 😘😘🥰❤️🥰😘🔥

  Today was an absolute life-altering experience. At approximately 1:30, in the heat of the drive-thru line (Texas weather ew), I encountered a true hero: Josh. No, not just any Josh. The Josh. The outside drive-thru king. The man. The myth. The employee of the century. While I was sitting in my car, AC on high and craving waffle fries, Josh was out there THRIVING. Smiling like the sun personally asked him to clock in. Taking orders with the grace of a five-star maître d’ and the speed of a Formula 1 pit crew. He didn’t just take my order. He understood it. On a spiritual level. GOD BLESS. I asked for sauce… he gave me purpose. I pulled away from that Chick-fil-A not just with food, but with a renewed will to live. If Chick-fil-A ever builds a Hall of Fame, Josh better have a statue out front. Bronze. Maybe marble. Honestly, gold feels more appropriate. Promote him. Protect him. Appreciate him. Thank you, Josh. You didn’t just serve chicken… you served excellence.

  First of all, the ONLY reason y’all are getting this review is because of your manager, Jennifer. She got on the phone immediately assuming I was some repeat complainer, which I am NOT. I’ve never once had anything bad to say about this location—my food has always been good. But today? Y’all completely dropped the ball. I specifically asked for fresh nuggets on my salad. That was not a complicated request. Huge red flag when Jennifer gets on the phone and tells me that you “don’t do red flags anymore” and don’t tell your team to make anything fresh. So what are you saying? That you’re just serving food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long because you’re busy with the lunch rush? And then while I’m trying to explain my issue, she admits she’s multitasking and not even fully listening. That is not management—that’s dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve worked in food service for over 20 years, so don’t try to tell me that requests for fresh food are unreasonable or ignored as “policy.” That makes zero sense. If customers asking for fresh food were really a problem, you wouldn’t still be in business. This absolutely needs to be escalated. I will be contacting corporate, because the way this was handled was unacceptable. If I ask for fresh, I expect fresh. Period.
