- CBChris Beran3 days ago5.0My wife and i drove over from Lexington. Had great service and my steak loaded bake potato and zucchini was delicious my wife had the bbq cheese burger and loved it. Bout an hour drive for us but we will definitely be back!
- KHKelly HApr 20, 20262.0We went for a Sunday lunch with friends, and found the atmosphere pleasant. The wait staff was polite also, so we were hopeful for the outcome. Although nice, the waitresses service was VERY slow, which may have been due to a 1st time for them live music event, but slow regardless the cause. After about 30 minutes we received our order, which is when the real issues began. I had ordered a 14 oz. rib eye medium rare with a side of specified "soft" asparagus. The asparagus was difficult to stab with a fork and not actually cooked. The rib eye was not identifiable as such, and was medium well done not medium rare. So back to the kitchen. About 25 minutes later I received another plate which was identically incorrect. They said they would take care of it quickly which they did not. So about 20 minutes later the same type overcooked, poor quality piece of meat with firm asparagus was brought out. By this time the rest of our party had finished their meals a good while back, and I was hungry, irritated and told them I'd take the meal to my dog, which I did. We will not return to this establishment, as the food quality at Denny's is far better and cheaper for example, steak included. BTW, we raise cattle and know a very poor quality cut of meat when we see it.
