  This store is the worst the Mgr would not. Get off her phone constantly on conversation with personal affairs no t attending t customers nor to the counter person or service person in kitchen for any needs our wait was horrible she wouldn't put her phone out of her ear time was during lunch

  This place was as mid as anything I have ever had. The service was meh, I walked in and the three staff members were all busy(which is fine) and someone eventually came over and handed me my order. The strips I ordered were fried(I think) and they had sauce on them, crazy soggy. The fries were almost sweet(not my thing) and the cheese sauce was bland as water. $10 lunch that was a huge miss.

  I had a very unprofessional experience at this Wingstop location today as a DoorDash driver. I arrived at approximately 12:51 PM to pick up a customer’s order. After checking in, I was told the order was not ready, so I stepped away briefly to use the restroom and then returned to continue waiting. When I came back to the front, I checked in again and waited patiently for the order to be completed. Once the food was brought to the counter, an employee began preparing the drinks. Since I had already been waiting and believed everything was being finalized, I confirmed the order in the app and took a photo, assuming it was ready to go. As I gathered the order, the manager suddenly demanded to see the order on my phone. I explained that I had already confirmed the pickup while waiting, but I still attempted to show him what I could. At that point, the manager aggressively snatched the bag of food out of my hands in front of other customers and responded with, “Well I did,” when I told him he couldn’t do that. He then stated, “We don’t need y’all service here,” and canceled the order entirely. This situation was handled in a completely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. As a delivery driver, I am providing a service not only to the customer but also to your business. There was no reason for physical escalation or public disrespect, especially from someone identifying themselves as the manager. Because of this incident, I lost time, income, and had to apologize to the customer for something that was out of my control. I strongly recommend better training for management on how to handle delivery drivers and resolve situations professionally. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.
