  We stopped here on our way home from Oklahoma. We live outside of Austin. Picked Taco Bell because we wanted to order to go and get back on the road. My husband and I ordered first. The employee at the register was a young man and he was very nice. My daughter and son n law then placed their order. We were the only people in Taco Bell at this time. My husband and I got our food and headed to the van. I ate my Mexican pizza and my husband ate all 3 of the items he ordered. My son n law was still not in the van with his food. Literally after waiting 19 mins I went back inside. I asked him where his food was. He was still standing there waiting. He said he had no clue what was going and clearly either did any of the employees working there. After 23 mins of waiting for his food they finally gave him his bag. He said after asking them for the 2nd time where their food was one of the employees responded "your juat waiting on your chicken nuggets." My son n law responded "no Im waiting on my entire order. I havent received anything." All of the sudden they started making their food. At least 4 other people came in after us and left before us. Ridiculous. They must have given his order to someone else or simply deleted his order by mistake. Yet not one employee cared to ask him what he needed after seeing him continuously staring at all of them for over 20 mins. They finally gave him his bag of food and said sorry about that. Didn't offer a refund, a free taco or even a free drink. I would have wanted my money back. As a business owner myself I would have refunded the customer and offered them a free taco. Something for our mistake. Don't know whats going on in there. Maybe they have a ton of newbies in training. I don't know but there is Def a manger on duty who should be over seeing the entire operation. Just very annoying when we were the only ones inside. And there was not a long line for the drive thru. What was supposed to be a quick stop ended up costing us an extra 30 mins. ☹️🙄😬

  I come to this location quite frequently and most of the time my orders are correct and good but when they are wrong they are wrong. The taste is bad and there’s something missing or added incorrectly. Phone isn’t answered so I can’t complain to someone so I have to do it this way. Maybe someone will get in touch with me.

  So disappointed. I love Taco Beuno and usually prefer this location. But today it was not good. The Macho was soaked in oil, falling apart as if it was sitting for days, then the plain bean burrito was just yuk...the hard taco was stale. Thank goodness I added a beef nacho salad because that was all I good eat. Just disappointed completely! I used door dash who did an amazing job but I wish I had skipped the meal today. It will be a while before I consider this again.
