Something similar happened last time I was there. The pizza is usually very good so I was willing to try again. When nobody came to the window, but young men kept walking by the window, I got out of the car and knocked on the window. No one acknowledged. So, I walked around and walked into the store. The young man, apparently the only one doing financial transactions, Indicated that there was difficulty completing an order with the customer. He was evidently having to prepare food because something wasn’t ready. In the meantime, no other customers were serviced. There was a line outside the drive-through, and there were customers in the store. The young man refused to serve anyone or processing any changes as he continued to focus on the one individual customer. Either there’s a problem with that employee or the owners need to hire more employees to sufficiently staff the store. This was November 24 at approximately 6 PM. Ultimately, we said we were leaving and went to the Oriental restaurant nearby.
