Then I asked another guy for salad dressing, and he also rudely told me they were out. I stood there for a second, and then he told me I'd have to wait five minutes. Then, another customer next to me, who was overhearing the whole thing, asked for forks, and he was also told they were out. Wow, this is unbelievable! It seemed like everyone was asking if they were out of things at this place, and I get it, but the employees' faces when they answered said it all.

The crew is always on the go but they're genuinely a happy tribe. I like to see people happy at their job.

Tonight there were five workers and chicken had just came off of the grill and the cook didn’t want to chop the chicken up because he didn’t have even clean pans. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN LINE SO WHY COULDN’T HIM OR A COWORKER WASH THE PANS FOR HIM TO CUT THE CHICKEN UP FOR A PAYING CUSTOMER? Every time you come in here these young kids are playing and could care less about manners, respect, or CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never come back to this location I will take the extra ten to fifteen minutes to go desoto or waxahachie. Management really needs to step it up at this location and come observe at night. IT’S AWFUL!
