When I asked for the corporate phone number to report the issue, he deliberately gave me the store’s number instead, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. It was obvious that leadership is lacking at this location. The staff reflected the same attitude—rude, dishonest, and unwilling to help. I was given false information about what they “couldn’t” do, only to later realize that I was being lied to rather than assisted. What made the situation worse was that no one, including the general manager, apologized for the inconvenience or attempted to resolve the issue in any meaningful way. Customer service was completely absent, and my reasonable requests were ignored. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I expect much better from a company like Chipotle, especially when it comes to basic respect, honesty, and accountability
