- JCjim cricketDec 28, 20251.0Went on Friday December 26, 9:30pm. Doors were locked and couldn't see anyone inside. There was a car near the door. I went to the drive-thru and asked if I could still use the app to order and the response was not I dont know. I tried to use the app but it would not work saying they were closed. I went back to the drive-thru to order and was told we cant honor it and goodbye. I asked if i could order anything its 9:40? And then rudely snapped at what do you want. Nothing now with that attitude. I was surprised on Christmas eve my wife went there and had a great experience with the cashier. My wife was shocked at the difference between the two. I guess go early or dont bother.

Nothing was entered into the computer correctly, the drinks and their sizes were switched, the meal that was supposed to be a double was entered as a single, the modifications werent entered in, even after asking 30 questions about what the customer said plainly the first time. Had to tell them 5 or six times that the 2 piece chicken strip meal was a kids meal... Put someone on the microphone that has half a brain and/or has been working there longer than 30 minutes.
