  I am very disappointed that this location was not professional at all. I went to the drive thru first to place and the guy tells me I have to come inside to place my order. So I go inside and stand there at the counter for a long time and no one greets me. After standing there patiently waiting for about 5 minutes another guy says are you picking up? I say no placing a order. Then he says it will about 20 minutes before you can place an order. I told him no thanks I'll take my money somewhere else where I feel welcomed and appreciated.

  I ordered online and the order was to be done within 20 minutes. My daughter went to pick it up since the Domino’s tracker showed it was ready at 7:34pm. Once she arrived at 7:40pm, they just put it on the oven. The manager wasn’t apologetic and was like, yeah other people had to wait too. Like why even have a pizza tracker if you can’t rely on it. Seems like they were trying to clear their order board to make the store look good, which is NOT the case. Finally after waiting an HOUR we able to eat our pizza. THE WORST EXPERIENCE, I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

  I used my points for a free pizza and bought an extra pizza. $30.50 was the total. My buddy told me to cancel ( it was too late ) he bought the same pizzas for $23.61.. the points is a ripoff. So is this location the could’ve helped me when I called them but decided to hang up on me. I love dominoes but they just ruined it for me.

  Racist horrible service. Order marked for delivered although food never received. Called reached delivery driver Tim who mocked the situation lied and said apartment number was missing when information was confirmed 3 times online. Asked for a manager he refused to provide manager name and corporate phone number. Said If I had a problem come into the store as if he wanted to fight over pizza and a mistake they made. Recorded my conversation over the phone because i was shocked at how unprofessional they were. Will be sending to the franchise owner

  Placed an order from Dominos in Red Oak last night & my husband picked it all up instead of our usual delivery....he just makes sure he has the number of pizzas he's suppose to have which is what he did. So we realized after he got hm, my pizza was not thin crust which is clearly on the receipt. I hate the thick bread. My daughter that's a vegetarian ordered cheese stuffed bread. When she took a bite of it there was olives, mushrooms, & ham inside. Not sure why all of this would b in cheese bread but it was a waste on top of being burnt. We get pizza at least once a week from them & have never had issues like this until now. They say their orders go through a quality check but apparently not. So we won't be ordering for a while, but if we do end up wanting pizza sometime soon it will definitely be a different place
