  I’ve never heard at any fast food establishment that they couldn’t remake a drink (i asked for no ice) so whoever was at the window had the audacity to swift out my “drink” into a new cup and I seen with my own eyes liquid flowing from the old cup into the new cup disgusting!!! Do better!

  Pulled up to drive through at 9:15 pm last night woman said hold on on the mic waited no one ever came back to the mic waitied for 15-20 minutes then drove around no one was even at the front or drive through window was basically in the back starting to clean up and never came back to the mic to say we’re closed or our system is down or nothing. Just close this location at this point it’s just ridiculous!

  Ordered the Kings Hawaiian fish sandwich deluxe and to their credit it was made fresh when I ordered but was absolutely shocked at how disgusting it was. It came out inedible with a soggy fish patty and a huge glob of tarter sauce in the middle which almost made me vomit when I noticed it. Even though it was made when I ordered it, I was surprised at how sloppy the sandwich was constructed. It looked like it had been put in a bag and shaken. Literally. I took a few bites and had to throw it away. I hadn't tried Arby's in a while and was eating there because of a commercial I saw. Will not be trying Arby's again any time soon. My niece had the meat and 3 box with the regular fish sandwich, ate a few bites and half a mozzarella stick and actually did throw up when we got home.

  Asked for a double with cheese, got a single, barely, and it was a hot mess. More sauce on the wrapper and bun than on the sandwich. The photo on the menu is definitely false advertising. The fries are a joke, about half full in one container. Total bill for 2 with dessert was over $30. That's why we don't come here often, maybe not again because this was the second time it was like this. Photos are before we touched our food. If you're hungry I would suggest going someplace else.
