  If you're dealing with Jacob and are doing a PICK UP be prepared to give every proof of evidence you're picking up your own order. I ordered several times from this location and have never had a problem except for the last couple times. I had a large order and decided to have my son pick it up instead of delivery to avoid issues in case the order was missing anything. I paid for it in full through the app. When my son went to pick it up they said no, they didn't have any orders for me and with an attitude said, "do you see it on my screen? . Jacob, himself did mention if my son could get the doordash screenshot. Him and his wife called me, I sent ALL the info and verification over. He then changed his mind and said it had to be the actual phone and app the order was made on. This after my son witnessed with questions asked, them handing a dasher food. I ended up having to go to the restaurant myself and I'm sorry I did cause a scene. They ARGUED with me then played the victim. I ordered the food at 5:32, left at 6:45 pm. They tried to give me cold food and I had to let them know I needed warm food. I watched them keep changing the ready time on my doordash app. too. I apologized to the lady next to me and she said she had to deal with their rudeness many times and she said she recommends me to just go to Stars now, which she planned on doing for now on too. I love the food their. Its great! I do large orders of $50 or more. But the customer service from that younger generation with no respect is ridiculous. I was just trying to have MY food, I PAID already for picked up warm and served to my two 5 year olds. I deal with toddler attitudes all day and then delt with it today too. I regret spending money there.

  Ordered a small mocha brownie mudslide in the drive thru. They forgot the mocha and brownie...just vanilla and chocolate chip. Disappointing.

  It was my first of burgers in dairy queen The place in comfortable, restrooms clean, a lot of products, the people kind. The only thing I dont like it is that I order led the combo #1 and it doesn't have cheese and you cannot add it. The food was good but is not the best in burgers. We also ordered ice cream and blizzards and it that they are the best.

  I've enjoy the food my favorite is the BBQ patty melt to me it is very satifing
