  We had an amazing time celebrating Galentine’s Day here! The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the service was excellent. We tried the first two dinner options — the Pappardelle Frutti di Mare with sauce rose and the Royale Surf & Turf — along with the salad and soup, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We also ordered hummus for our appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. Karaoke night made the evening even more special and fun. It was the perfect night with friends, full of laughter, music, and great vibes. We can’t wait to come back again!

  I had an amazing experience at Blue Eye Bistro in Rancho Viejo! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed — perfect for a date night or a nice dinner with family and friends. The food was outstanding. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they take pride in their dishes. The service was just as impressive — attentive, friendly, and on point the entire time. If you’re in the Rancho Viejo area and looking for a place with great food and a classy vibe, Blue Eye Bistro is definitely worth the visit. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

  Blue Eye Bistro is a hidden gem in Rancho Viejo, TX! First time here and we had a great time. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu has great variety, and everything we tried tasted homemade and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal whether you’re going with family, friends, or on a date night. Service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for great food and a comfortable dining experience in Rancho Viejo, Blue Eye Bistro is definitely worth visiting. We’ll absolutely be coming back!
