  I recently visited Blue Eye Bistro in Omito, Texas, and it turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing a casual meal or enjoying a relaxed evening out. The service really stood out—friendly, attentive, and quick without ever feeling rushed. The staff made sure everything was just right and were happy to offer recommendations. The food was the highlight. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The dishes were well-presented, and the portions were satisfying. You can tell they put effort into both taste and quality. Overall, Blue Eye Bistro is a hidden gem in Omito. If you’re in the area and looking for a place with great food, good service, and a comfortable vibe, this is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Had such a great experience at Blue Eye Bistro! The hospitality was truly amazing, everyone was so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic Lebanese flavors that really stood out. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you can tell a lot of care goes into each dish. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

  Love love LOVE that there’s an app now! I’ve never had a meal here that I don’t like. The staff are incredible, and always make me feel welcome. You can tell the food is made with love and that makes it that much more satisfying.-

  My family ordered over $150 worth of food at this restaurant. It looked nice, and we wanted to support a locally owned business.We ordered through DoorDash, and waited patiently. We got appetizers, entrees, sides, dessert, drinks, and even a dip. Once the driver dropped off our food, just two bags, we realized we were missing more than half of our items. We even ordered a WHOLE PIZZA! How do you mess up this bad?! 😤 It’s genuinely baffling how horrible our experience was. The food may look good, but trust me, it’s not worth ANY OF YOUR TIME 👎 I would never come here again, I’d rather personally send everyone restaurant recommendations than have anyone else waste their money like we did. Sorry! 🚫 Update: I was told to contact them and never got a response back either… 🤦‍♀️ You can’t make this up, lol
