    This is the worst Sonic location in 3 counties! I never order food here it always tastes like it’s been cooked in old grease that’s never been changed out. Customer service is non existent here. Workers playing around too much. Disrespectful to customers. They can barely get a drink order right! One complaint response was pretty much met with “the employee said this didn’t happen” when there were others in the car who heard/witnessed it! If owner isn’t going to take customers seriously Sonic needs to intervene. Giving all Sonic a bad name. I have chosen to drive to Winnsboro or Mineola Sonic…

    Onion rings cooked to long could not eat them would be good for skeet shooting Sonic y'all can do better than that they should look like the picture y'all advertise on the menu board

    Customer service sucked! Never thought I would have to argue with the manager over "easy ice" will never go back to this location again. And one employee was nice and took our drink to fix it but it came back by someone different who threw his hands up like disgusted he would not take the drink back. After still being disappointed by the taste of it ,sent management out who also treated us very poorly and argued about the ice standards they go by.
