  Not sure why many fast food places to do this when your lobby closes at 11 pm there should be absolutely no reason the doors should be locked at 10:40 your doors are supposed to stay open and unlocked until you close (AT 11 Pm) there is was no way we fit through the drive through and you still had 20 minutes until the lobby closed. Do better. I get everyone wants to go home but we had no other way but to go inside which was like I mentioned opened for another 20 + minutes I normally I wouldn’t make a big deal about senseless complaining but had the employee not slammed the door on us then opened it back up acting all inconvenienced that I had to knock on the door for them to fix my order that oh guess what they got wrong. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow morning this isn’t the first time second or third time this has happened. I would take the drive to Royse city before I came here again at least even after they technically closed if you are line they take your order.

  Everytime I order from here my order gets messed up, I only receive half the meal I ordered. This place has the most incompetent people who don’t check what they are putting and not putting in customers bags. I ordered through DoorDash and the bag was completely closed nothing was taken from the driver it’s the people packing the bag.
