  *3 times this has happened. Super frustrating* I ordered 4 pizzas and a cheesy bread for my family for lunch to do something different today. Well, the tracker said my pizza was delivered. We had already been waiting 45 minutes (we live 10 minutes down the road) but that was okay because we understand it can take some time to make and deliver pizzas as they are busy and have other orders. When the tracker said it had been delivered we were relieved as our toddler was already fussy wanting pizza that we had promised. Understandable. Well, to our surprise we go outside and look around and no pizza. I called the store and they had only made 2 of the 4 pizzas and realized after trying to deliver therefore they had to go back and make the other 2 pizzas. Highly frustrating that we had already been waiting 45 minutes and now will possibly be waiting another 45 minutes. My toddler is now upset that he didn’t get the pizza he was promised. We understand mistakes happen and making and delivering for all of the people in our area may take time, but this is the THIRD time this has happened and each time it’s marked as complete and delivered only to wait another hour minimum for our pizza. The last time this happened I was stuck waiting over 2.5 hours for TWO pizzas. If it was the first time I would be more understanding but this is the THIRD!!!

  So i only had 80$ on chime and I ordered pizza and they charged me 3× and still got no pizza and locked my money up on chime for a week...not friendly or helpful

  Man inside was rude and told my fiance he would wave when the order was ready after the app was already marked as ready they wouldn’t even let us pay for the food online with a card either

  They're the only place that delivers to my house in my area, so we end up ordering like once or twice a month. It would be more if they didn't always get orders wrong, miss items in your order, and they're usually rude when you try to get your order fixed or refunded. Last night they put me on hold and shut down the store whenever I tried to get my order fixed. I know for a fact other people have had the same complaints for years, and unfortunately nothing has changed. Absolutely terrible service.
