I go to Subway all the time. It’s not too often that you actually have really extremely good service at a sandwich shop.
It’s just a sandwich shop you don’t generally expect people to be as nice as they are at this location.
Every time I drive by this location, I’ll have to grab a sandwich. The female Manager and the young man working with her today were great.

Order through the app and when I arrived to pick up my order nothing was ready. The employee told me that they were out of several items to make my order and asked if I wanted something else. I said no and asked for a refund to which she said ok. A week later and still no refund. I got to pay Subway $22 for the pleasure of visiting the absolute worst location I have ever been to. Avoid this location if you can, there’s always some problem.

I’m not sure the name of the guy working the evening shift on Nov 7 2025, but he was on his game! Great service & probably the best sandwiches we ever got from this location in the past 10 years. Somebody needs to give that guy a raise!

I didn’t get his name but there was a black man working with diamond earrings and I had ordered online and I see my order ready so I said can you just grab it and he rudely says so you want me to stop her order to give you yours. And he doesn’t let me answer and finishes the order checks them out and proceeds to say god bless yall and gives me my order and says nothing. Horrible customer service he needs to be talked to by the manager and get his attitude right.
