  I am a huge fan of H‑E‑B Texas True BBQ but the very best part is Thai that welcomes me with his rich money maker voice on the intercom! It makes my day when he’s working as he is top notch knows my name and is the very best ! I literally go to the drive thru hoping he’s the one helping me! 10 STARS for Thai! Hey HEB marketing, I’ll buy whatever Thai is pitching! Great voice!

  Ordered the meal for 6 plus chicken tenders. Upon arrival, my food was ready to go. Staff was kind as well. However when I got home… I cut into the chicken and it was red…. Not bloody but red… as if it wasn’t cooked all the way through but had been left sitting out for hours. It was very stale… I was afraid to bite into it so I immediately packed it back up. The meal for 6 was OK… I’ve had the pre made singular meals that are placed on the hot plates in the store and they taste way better than what I received. My meal was supposed to include multiple sauces, those sauces weren’t present. The bread was also missing. Considering they hadn’t completed my order upon pickup, the right thing to do….. is ask if they can sub for anything and allow the customer the opportunity to choose. BUT NO, they didn’t notify me that anything was missing from my meals until I got home and realized that it was in fact incomplete. I tried calling … phone right once and then disconnects. So I sent my brother back to the store with the chicken of course because it wasn’t edible….we requested a new order of chicken and they say “oh we’re all out”… great…. So you purposely gave us old chicken?? We then ask if we can sub for something is… they say “oh we’re sold out of everything”…. So they offer a refund for the chicken. I wouldn’t order from here again. Not sure if this is a location issue but this is absolutely unacceptable.

  Came in to grab a beer before grocery shopping. There was no one in the restaurant. Took 7 minutes at the counter before I was able to place my order. After I placed my order, the cashier named Khyati poured me a beer. It was half foam. She said that was how they poured beers here. First time here and not a very good experience.
