My favorite manager, Casey, from my Richardson Panera was transferred out there a month or so ago. He was great with customers and staff and we miss him terribly here. The staff was always happy and on task especially if he was on duty. He was here near every day. He greeted regulars by name and you could find him at the front, in the kitchen, cleaning tables and floors. Rarely saw him relax and was always smiling. Give him and the Prosper Panera another try! 😍

His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he explained everything with patience and confidence. What really stood out was his attitude. He was professional, approachable, and fully engaged — not distracted, not rushed, and not robotic. He made sure we were comfortable with our choices and checked in to ensure everything met our expectations. Customer service like this builds loyalty. If every location had a manager like Ozzy, the brand would be unstoppable. Highly recommend this Panera location — and if you get the chance, ask for Ozzy.
