  I went through the drive-through last night and got a pick two with Fuji, apple chicken salad And cream of chicken and rice soup. The soup was watered down and they were out of Baguettes

  I was told today that I can no longer get a croissant for the bread of a sandwich. So I bought a sandwich and then I bought a croissant separately with a side of mayo so I can switch the breading myself. So I get the croissant and it is too small to use as a sandwich breading. This is nuts. I see they are cutting corners here. They also got rid of the ONLY drink I enjoyed here that I was already paying $5 for. It's like Panera is determined to go out of business. The store is clean. The staff is friendly. The food that is available is pretty good but Panera itself, do better.

  Went to the drive-through to order a salad and creamy tomato soup for my niece who is sick today. As she was eating, she discovered a wood chip in her soup. Although the manager was kind and reimbursed me, she feels like it may have come from packaging. Be careful with the soup. Look through before you start eating. Otherwise the service was great.

  I’ve ordered from here twice now. Once in person for to go and once from Uber Eats. Both times my order was missing items. They don’t do refunds unless you come in person so calling does nothing unless you’re willing to drive up. I was able to get a partial credit from Uber Eats for one order. Also why does the bread bowl only provide a cups worth of filling? It’s misleading. Not necessarily an issue with this location specifically but it is annoying.
