I had a wonderful experience at Mi Chante Mexican Restaurant today! I kicked things off with one of their margaritas — absolutely delicious — before enjoying the veggie lunch special, which did not disappoint. The service was attentive and friendly, the facilities were spotless, and the overall atmosphere made for a great meal. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of what their menu has to offer. If you find yourself in Prosper, TX, this place is definitely worth a stop!

Wonderful Mexican restaurant! I wouldn't necessarily call this Tex-Mex, more like real, actual Mexican food. Delicious! The service was perfect. I levee 35 minutes away, and pass many restaurants on my way here. Worth it!

The service was great! We were greeted with a genuinely happy smile and welcome. We liked that the menu has some relatively unique dishes as well as the standard Tex Mex options. Everything we ordered was delicious - we especially loved the grilled corn from the appetizer menu. We will definitely be back!
Customer Service? Amazing!
Food Delicious, fresh and hot!!
Price? Reasonable but the food and customer service makes it worth it!
Drinks? Amazing!
I have been searching all week for a great Mexican restaurant and I haven’t had the best experience until I came here!
Let me tell you! My waiter was Nancy (she was the bar tender today as well) not only did she learn my name, greet me by my name and shock my hand but every chance she got she made the interaction so personable & amazing!
The food was hot!!! I mean fresh, hot and cooked with love!!!!
I can’t say enough about my experience here!!!!
I absolutely loved it!!!! They really know how to run an amazing restaurant!!!! Everything was fantastic!!!
Mi Chante in Prosper has a nice mid-scale feel, though it’s not overly decorated like many Mexican restaurants—aside from the bar area, which has a bit more character. One downside is there’s no real waiting area, and the host system uses a paper list. We ended up being forgotten briefly and watched a couple of parties who arrived after us get seated first.
The margaritas were very good and definitely a highlight. Chips were solid, but the salsa tasted pretty generic and didn’t have that fresh, homemade flavor.
For the food, everything was good but not great. The style leans toward Americanized Mexican cuisine and could use a bit more spice and depth of flavor. The mole enchiladas were decent but mild, and the arrachera was well prepared and cooked properly but also a little lacking in seasoning. The rice and beans were quite good, and the dishes were nicely plated.
Service overall was fine once seated, and prices felt reasonable for a mid-scale restaurant in the area. Overall, a good spot for a casual Mexican meal, especially if you enjoy a good margarita.
