Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered here via the app and each time something has been missing, this time I ordered a combo and it came without fries. I went back to work, realized it, so I called the store to see if I could get a refund. I was told by the employee that she notified her manager and told me that I could either get a refund of my meal if I presented my receipt, or have my meal replaced. I went back to the store after work and was told by the working manager I could not get a refund. The food is good, but the customer service is a little lacking.

Horrible service literally waited in the drive thru 30 min. I SPENT 25.00 ON FOOD, NOT ONE ITEM WAS MADE CORRECTLY. The girl at the window was having an anxiety attack. I COULD SEE THEM TRYING TO GET THE ORDERS TOGETHER, 1 GIRL GAVE UP AND WALKED AWAY, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS B4 at Whataburger, both lines backed up. I sat at the window watching for 12 min alone, it was a mess, orders kept coming out of the machine, they were unwrapping sandwiches trying to figure out who gets what...then nothing of ours was right, really mad me mad, I paid extra for toppings, didn't get fries in the kids meal or the cookie, no toppings at all on the double, not even ketchup! None on the other sandwich. Alot of the kids working were just watching not knowing what to do...what a mess!!
