  I had a bad experience. Some of the fruits and cheese looked moldy, and the store smelled unpleasant. Very rude employees and manager. Slow service.

  This was our first visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe... we loved it! Service was great, the employee were friendly and we enjoyed our time at Tropical Smoothie. We will be back!!

  Typically love tropical smoothie but this location hasn’t trained their young employees well. The environment was chaotic and disorganized, with no management oversight. My smoothie was given 3/4 full and taste watered down. I would recommend the Frisco location off of eldorado and the tollway if you want a good location.

  I went in today for lunch. I thought I was coming for a quick pick up order. First of all when I came in, none of the 3 workers I saw greeted me or any of the other customers. If I had been there to order instead of picking up an order I don’t think anyone would’ve noticed. I was only the second person in there waiting for a pick up order. I had ordered a wrap and smoothie. It said my order would be ready at 2:10pm. I got there a little bit before then and I waited until 2:25 for them to bring me my food. I could see that my wrap was ready well before my smoothie. I was very annoyed because more online orders came in and those people got their food before I did. In this time still not one of the employees asked for my name or what I was waiting for. Customer service was awful today. Then once I finally got my order she gave me the smoothie with smoothie all over the cup. I had to ask her to clean it and she did, but didn’t clean it very well. Once I got in my car I noticed the lid wasn’t put on all the way either and it almost spilled all over me. I am very disappointed with the service here today. Thankfully the food tastes good, however I will not be back for a while because of customer service.

  We placed an online order for pickup at 7:12. The store was supposed to open at 7:00. My husband showed up to pick it up at 7:12, and the lights are off and the door is locked. We called the store phone number and the person who answered seemed to also think the store was supposed to be open. So now I have a $42 charge on my card and no smoothies to show for it. I need the owner of this store to contact me about refunding my money. This is also not the first time online ordering has been open when no one has been at the store. I can provide the order number upon contact from the store.
