I asked for an avocado toast with egg, and the woman at the drive through confirmed that it would be fine. She then asked if the order was for a salad, and I clarified that it was for the avocado toast. At that point she said they stop serving breakfast at 10. I pointed out that the sign clearly says 10:30. She then responded that it was now 10:31 and everything had already been put away. There was no apology and no acknowledgement that she initially said breakfast was available. The response was cold and dismissive. Terrible customer service. It is no surprise this location has such poor reviews.

When your food is ready it sits in a window until ur psychic ability kicks in and you go get your food. if ur not psychic, you'll never know of your food is ready. You parking lot is dangerous unless uve ordered online, then u get priority parking. This place like many other would prefer never to see the customers and they're service standard reflect that.

After the manager and workers stopped chatting they were kind enough to fill my order. Unfortunately it was for Chicken Noodle soup and not what I ordered and what was clearly shown on the receipt. I used to frequent Panera years ago but stopped because of their poor service and the degradation in quality of their food. I only stopped here by request of my wife today but will definitely not be returning in the future. $18 for 2 bowls of the wrong soup. Do better. Filing a charge back with my CC for the order.
