I've been visiting this one a lot recently here are some helpful tips. Croutons aren't being sent out with soups, if you want utensils or napkins- check your bag before you pull away from the drive thru because they haven't been added when ordered, make sure that you get the right drink size and that your entire order is in the bag. With that being said, these guys seem to be working hard and if you let them know you're missing anything they're very nice and helpful to get you what you need. The food is good and the restaurant looks clean. I'm just kind of sad I've paid for probably about $20 worth of food/drinks lately that I'm never getting back. Hopefully it improves. I've included pictures for this most recent trip. I ordered online, picked up drive thru but had to go in store for napkins, spoon, soup toppings and to exchange the drink for the size I paid $4.98 for. Still, they are very nice. It's lunch hour so might be extra busy today. It's just been happening a lot the past several months.
