  SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED, im disappointed in the owners that are letting their employees suffer, staff was friendly and welcoming but because of being under staff a easy mistake was made, they remade it immediately and it was great, but they definitely need more staff

  Update: There’s no chicken in the chicken Caesar wrap. Do not bother coming to this location it’s not worth it. I’m literally eating lettuce in a tortilla. It’s going to take a lot for me to come back- I work around the corner. This location usually is fantastic but in the last three months it has gone downhill. Every order I have placed in the app has been wrong incorrect or missing items, customization not followed ect. Today I decided to order in-store to see if that made a difference, For having nobody in line, it took nearly 6 minutes for their manager to finish, counting the till and acknowledge that I had walked into their establishment and needed to place an order- while 3 other employees were walking around and talking. Finally get to place the order, paid walked to the waiting area. They proceed to make six different sandwiches before mine for people who are not physically at the location while I’m standing in front of them waiting.. I finally received the wrap- poorly constructed not properly folded compared to how it normally is, significantly smaller than usual, missing meat, lettuce, and cheese. For a $12 sandwich I expect more I will not be back to this location- especially with Jersey Mikes across the street with top tier customer service!

  $10 sub has 1 slice of turkey on it. Awesome. Check your subs before you take it home.

  I'm rarely compelled to leave a negative review but this sandwich really chaffed me. I spent $10 to get almost no meat on this Turkey Tom. I usually check reviews before going but I didn't this time. Now I can see this is a recurring theme. Don't go here, the prices are higher than other locations and clearly they've been instructed to cheap out on the meats. Jersey Mike's is right across the street.
