    H-E-B continues to raise the bar! Their commitment to quality, customer service, and the community is unmatched. The staff (especially Eli) is always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a company that does everything this well. A lifelong customer without question. Eli went above and beyond for my curbside order!! No other grocery store would have done what he did!! Wow, so impressed.

    Every cashier, every bagger, the manager over the grocery pick up department, has offered the most friendly and best customer service I’ve experienced!! Their overall level of friendly customer service is better than anywhere I’ve been in years. I had accepted the fact that customer service expectations is very low almost anywhere we go, annoyed, rude and apathetic, most places, but HEB Prosper has been incredibly refreshing. THANK YOU TO HEB MANAGEMENT AND STAFF! We choose to go to HEB Prosper primarily for the excellent customer service.

    I really like HEB, no matter which store. The Celina one is new open, all products are fresh and good. I can't believe what happened to me last night. After checked out by using express line, my son would like some buddy bucks to play with the machine. We wait here for help. The female employee saw us, then she turned to help another customers. Okay, I understand that. But after she putting something on the table, she just turn around and walked away. Looks like she doesn't want to help us. I can't believe that. We stood there for 5 mins, she just walked away. Fine, we went to the customer service table for help. Over there, another female employee saw us and then walked away. Seams like she is helping cashier bagging, but that line is not busy, omg. We stood there for another 5 mins, finally, antoher employee came and help us. I can not believe this happened in HEB. Many employees are very kind and helpful, to be honest. But this should not happen. Especially in front of kid and cold weather. Want to share this unhappy experience since we really care about HEB. Don't want to see this happen to others.

    On December 26th, I visited the HEB car wash in Prosper, and unfortunately, the machine damaged my truck’s side mirror, breaking it. Despite this, the company maintains that they are not liable for any damages incurred. This policy suggests that any harm to my vehicle, be it dents or scratches, will not be their responsibility. What’s more, they did not offer any refund for the $15 I paid for the car wash that caused the damage.

    Went there a couple of weeks ago and when checking out a manager was called to approve our purchases. We had a clearance item and she had to approve it?? Odd, but ok. This week, my wife handed the cashier coupons for a couple of items. The cashier said the number doesn’t work, meaning my wife’s phone number. So the coupons now need your phone number to process. However, my wife, who has registered with them, wasn’t able to use the coupons because of some new policy. The cashier couldn’t explain it well to us and she did not care 😵‍💫. Someone was waiting behind us so, ok, minor loss. I’m sure they won’t miss our business but we’re done. Later H-E-B. Hello Kroger! 😊
