  I’ve never liked dunkin but once i came here things changed. From the attitude to the food, everything is top teir. The staff is so sweet and they will make sure you leave with a smile and more. The donuts are always fresh n the coffee is to die for, they have always made my experience amazing. I love the set with the cups, I cant help but to purchase one every time I go. Kudos to Ms.Angela and her staff.

  For the most part I don't have any issues with this location. But from visiting other places I've gotten into the habit of checking the bag. I didn't think I would have to do it at this place because it's pretty straight forward. It seems that whenever I go there things seem fine and usually are unless they're in a rush and try to send us on our way without all of the order. But this time we ordered ahead as we always do but had someone go pick it up for us. I was very disappointed because we paid for food and drinks and they completely left out my donut that I paid for. So the others got their food and drinks and I'm left going well damn where's mine?! I have stopped ordering the grilled cheese that I like with the bacon jam on it because it doesn't see me to matter which location I go to, they give me a breakfast sandwich with bacon jam instead of the grilled cheese I asked for. So I just don't even ask anymore, just a drink and donut, very simple and you would think impossible to mess up. But it still happens, and with alot of places not just this one. They really need to pay attention and stop being in such a rush!

  I went in on January 28th, 2026, and the manager Angela was EXTREMELY RUDE. I waited at the front counter for approximately 4 to 5 minutes. And was not noticed as the employees were in the back, and I could hear talking and laughter. I finally spoke in a voice loud enough., so they could hear me from the front of the store and said "hello?". After approximately 10 seconds, I was met by a very angry manager named Angela, accompanied by another younger female employee. Angela came from the back of the store, glaring at me and yelled, "what do you need?" I then got an attitude back and told her. I wanted my order to which she just continued to glare at me and ask what my problem was. I didn't answer her, continued to stare back at her and reiterated that I needed my order that was placed online. I then gave her my name. She informed me that they were partially out of what I ordered and offered a substitution to which I said that is fine. She then walked to the younger employees ear and whispered something to her and stormed off to the back of the store. I asked the younger female employee. If that was the manager and what her name was, she stated? Yes, it was the manager, and her name was Angela. I then asked her for a number that I could contact to make a complaint. And she was unable to provide a number stating there is no corporate number and she was unable to give out any information about the store as it is a franchise. She told me I could contact Angela at the store to make a complaint about Angela. Needless to say, I am not going to call the store and talk to the person that I am complaining about. When asked for a refund, it was granted to me. By the younger female employee and the food was also given to me for free. That still does not excuse the way I was treated and the attitude. I was given by the manager, Angela, which again was reciprocated by myself. Angela needs to treat people the way she wants to be treated herself. As a 2 to 3 time a week customer at this location with a McDonald's and Whataburger right across the street, and LA LA's Taqueria, next door. I assuredly, will not be back to Dunkin' Donuts. Job well done Angela, job well done.

  I can’t believe I was served moldy donuts. How old could these be? This is unacceptable and will be reported to the health department.

  Hanna is super speedy and efficient. Super friendly and nice get things done! Best customer service ever!
