I immediately informed the staff that the order was incorrect. Instead of correcting the mistake politely, the staff member was rude and told me that if I wanted the thin crust pizza I originally ordered, I would have to wait another 15 minutes and pay for both pizzas. I was in a hurry and did not want to create a scene over a store error, so I took the incorrect pizza and left. Errors can happen, but poor attitude and asking a customer to pay for a mistake made by the store is unacceptable. I hope Domino’s management reviews this situation and takes appropriate action.
