  He literally had one simple job and couldn't get it right on the first or second attempt! This location is less than five minutes from my house but I will never go there again. Every time I go they overcook my simple cheese pizza. Tonight's was the worst my crust was so hard it was like eating dry crackers and those were center pieces. I requested to have my pizza remade and the second time was no better than the first. Always follow your first mind and mine was to just ask for a refund after the first overcooked pizza.

  I can’t tell you how hard it is to feed an autistic kid, and the way you present your food did not make it any easier for me. My son is very pickey and most dominos serve their pizza very presentable and good but you are the only place closest to my home and you always make my pizza wrong even though I probably have bought over 100 pizzas from you guys, cause my son will only eat pizza for dinner. At this point I feel like you guys do this on purpose with my food because I complain! But the only reason I complain is because I struggle with my son if his food is not right he won’t eat it. Then I have to throw it away. I ordered two pizzas today they are both over cooked very hard crust and cut wrong one pizza slice is the size of a cookie while the other slice is the size of a 6” sub, ridiculous! You obviously don’t want my service, I realize that now. You have won, I will never go back and buy pizza from you guys I will drive farther and find a better Domino’s.

  I placed a pickup order for a large thin crust pizza, but when I arrived, the store had prepared a hand-tossed/pan pizza instead. I immediately informed the staff that the order was incorrect. Instead of correcting the mistake politely, the staff member was rude and told me that if I wanted the thin crust pizza I originally ordered, I would have to wait another 15 minutes and pay for both pizzas. I was in a hurry and did not want to create a scene over a store error, so I took the incorrect pizza and left. Errors can happen, but poor attitude and asking a customer to pay for a mistake made by the store is unacceptable. I hope Domino’s management reviews this situation and takes appropriate action.

  Love the spinich and feta pizza
