  I went this location multiple times, 9 out of 10 orders were messed up. Large fries is literally the same with small fries. The cleaning of the restaurant is really bad, you can something is not clean or bad milk smell at the drive thru window

  I tried Chick-fil-A here and the food is really awesome. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. The taste is consistently good, which is what we expect from a strong franchise. But what impressed me the most is the service. The staff and manager are doing an amazing job. They are constantly paying attention to customers and making sure everyone is taken care of. You can clearly see how much importance they give to customer service. Running a restaurant is one thing, but maintaining great customer care is the real challenge, and they are doing it extremely well here. Overall, the service and the food are both excellent, and I would definitely recommend this place. You’ll truly enjoy the experience.

  Every time I visit Chick-fil-A, I’m reminded why it stands out from other fast food restaurants. The experience feels intentional from start to finish. The team runs like a well-oiled machine — organized, upbeat, and genuinely kind. Instead of feeling rushed, I always feel valued as a customer. The food quality is consistently impressive. The chicken is flavorful, never greasy, and always cooked just right. Whether it’s the classic chicken sandwich, spicy deluxe, or nuggets, everything tastes fresh and carefully prepared. The waffle fries are crisp and perfectly salted, and the lemonade tastes freshly made — not watered down like at many other places. Even the presentation is neat and thoughtful. One thing I really appreciate is the attention to detail. Orders are accurate, special requests are handled without hesitation, and the staff often responds with a cheerful attitude that makes the visit more enjoyable. The restaurant itself is clean, bright, and comfortable, making it a great place to sit down and relax for a bit. It’s more than just quick food — it’s dependable quality and service you can count on. Chick-fil-A continues to raise the bar, and that consistency keeps me coming back. Highly recommended for anyone who values great service and great food in one place.

  Matt was beyond helpful and incredibly patient with me during a very frustrating situation. I placed an order through the app to be delivered to my workplace, but unfortunately, the DoorDash driver took 43 minutes from pickup to delivery and then dropped my order off at the wrong location. It was supposed to be delivered in Prosper, but it was delivered in Frisco instead. I contacted DoorDash and explained that I had texted, called, and even left the driver a voicemail. Customer service was unwilling to assist and simply stated, “Well, the driver dropped off the delivery,” offering no resolution. When I called Chick-fil-A, Matt immediately stepped in to help and worked to find a solution without hesitation. This issue was not Chick-fil-A’s responsibility to fix, yet Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you, Matt, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Your customer service truly stood out!
