  Ok I know I’m a kid but the service here was incredible and so was the food and the wait was a little long but once I actually got my food, I was amazed by how great it was and my waiter whenever I was watching Jessie she gave me a high five because she said that was her favorite show when she was little and I’m just so happy that that happened.

  Young Children were allowed upstairs in the area that stats 21 and older only... That wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't been allowed to run EVERYWHERE including under our table. Come to find out the children were some of the staff's children. I could may sympathize if it wasn't a Saturday Night. You know a Date night... just not a preferred situation what you decide to go out and have to leave because children are playing hide and seal under your table and the parents act as if it's no big deal and you find out it was customers but The Staff... Other than than nice place nice concept. Might give it another try hopefully 21 and older will be enforced...

  I would give them an extra star just for the cocktails. Each cocktail was crafted to perfection - just the right amount of sweet, refreshing yet giving you the buzz. The food was ok. I did but find it exceptional. I did think the shareables were much better than the entrees, both in terms of taste and quantity. All in all, good for cocktails, shareables and getting together to talk with a gang of girls

  We often enjoy going to Black Hawk. However, today was a different story. We were greeted by the hostess and headed upstairs. We were greeted by the bartender and sat at a high top table. Two other couples came after. A young man dropped off menus and then nothing. Sat for almost ten minutes with no interaction from staff, then when they did decide to show some interest, they totally avoided us and went to the other two tables. It was 4 o'clock on a Friday and not busy, with plenty of staff.

  I NEVER leave bad reviews but this place did it. We had gotten there at a decently busy time. Which we understand it is a little bit of await for a waiter. The service was so bad that we had waited 30 minutes for drinks an hour to order an appetizer. When the appetizer finally came we had told the sever we were ready to order and he had walked off saying he will be back and then proceeded to not come back to take our order and while we were waiting for him to "comeback" we had waved at him and made eye contact a few times and still he blatantly ignored us. THEN checked on multiple tables and even a table across from us looked at us and still walked off. At this point we have been here an hour and 20 minutes we had enough and paid for what we got a left without ordering our entrees. I wouldn't be able to tell you if this place was great because I didn't even get to experience it. I am unsure of the servers name since we only interacted with him like once not even going to consider the second time as an interaction. He's service was HORRIBLE we were on the patio on 3/17 @ 6:42. Whoever was the main sever up there SUUUUCKED 0/10 experience. At least the spinach artichoke was good but couldn't throughly enjoy it due to being so upset.
