  After a first experience, not really feeling it, it is soooo much better! Albeit I did not experience customer service with the restaurant (because I door dashed), the food was hot and tasted good! Perhaps I’ll stick to DoorDash, but thank you to whomever worked tonight!

  I placed 12 cravings box orders to be picked up later and when I arrived for pickup the employee said that they made it at the time the order was placed, which was around 11 even though the confirmation was placed for 3:15. I am usually so patient with this kind of stuff but not with how they made me feel. They did not apologize but almost made it seem like it was my fault. The employee announced “she’s hereeeeeee” to everyone. It is 3:45 while I type this and still have not received my order that they complained about having to remake. They claimed their system did not say the time it needed to be ready unless they go physically check it. So then why wasn’t it ready at 3:15 pm pickup? I hope when I take it to my students the order is correct… I ended up speaking to the manager and she was very apologetic and kind. She was in multiple interviews during this time so that is why she could not assist the back of house. However I did feel like some of the workers felt it was my fault that they made the large order earlier when it was not.

  I had a really great experience at the Taco Bell in Princeton, TX. The crew and staff were extremely polite, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. You can tell they work well together and care about providing good service. My order came out quickly, everything was fresh, and the place was clean and well organized. It’s always nice to go somewhere where the employees greet you with a smile and treat customers with respect. The team here definitely made the visit enjoyable. Big shoutout to the crew for their great attitude and hard work. If you’re in Princeton and craving Taco Bell, this location is definitely worth the stop. I’ll definitely be coming back!
