All of the fries are way over cooked and no salt, they snap in half like a pencil they are so hard. The chicken nuggets and strips were dry and cold. Why it took over 10 minutes to receive old and over cooked food (with no apology for the long wait) its beyond me. What a shame. Didn't even give us a receipt to call in an official complaint.

Before I could tell him why I was there, he was very rude to me. It was bad enough that I took my money elsewhere. There was also a girl there with blk/white braids that was not customer service friendly. This Wendy's really needs to do better.
