  Beware: 1. Gave me small portion of protein, had to ask for more. 2. Charged $1.70 for Queso without telling me ahead. 3. Chicken special -- Couldn't find the price listed anywhere. 4. Brown rice seemed uncooked at the center of the grain.

  I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. Some ingredients are almost never available, and when they are, the quality has been questionable. Protein was clearly old and hadn’t been replaced regularly. What’s frustrating is that this is the closest location to me, and I’m a frequent Chipotle customer elsewhere. However, this store seems to struggle with basic consistency—both in food quality and in keeping standard items like utensils stocked. At this point, I’ve stopped coming here altogether. There seems to be a management issue, as these aren’t one-off problems but a recurring pattern that hasn’t improved over time.

  If you are looking for a quick, fresh, healthy food…look somewhere else. Their plant based protein is empty 98% of the time when I go to this location. Last time I was there, they had crunchy old plant based meat that they just scraped out of the bottom of the bin and put on my bowl. I would love to return to this location as it is close to my new house. I eat Chipotle 4x per week, but I won’t come here again until they start stocking the proper ingredients. Btw y’all are also out of forks or spoons most of the time. Corporate should really look into this location’s management. They are cutting corners left and right!

  I’ve ordered from this location a few times now, and have had inconsistent experiences. Something’s they take great care in putting together your bowl or burrito and other times they seem to throw them together without mic consideration. I recently used the pick up option in the drive thru, I found my bowl to be portioned pretty small and not very appealing.

  I do not know why I keep coming to this location. The staff is terrible, the place is messy and every time we go I have to clean the tables. This last time the 2 people behind the register were wrapping themselves up with tape! Totally goofing off. Meanwhile the trash is over flowing, the floors need to be swept and the drinking are needs to be clean. I guess the owners don't care!
