I was just in the drive thru waiting on 1 10pc combo for over 20minutes only to get my order and it all be stale and inedible. I've never in 46 years have ever waited so long in an empty drive thru lane ever. They have no urgency for their customers or customer service and the food was horrible. I will be contacting corporate this is unacceptable I don't appreciate them taking my money for child tasteless food.

The employees here are very slow and while my husband is door dashing he waited for an order for more than ten minutes because the manager was watching the employees horseplay in card board boxes this is unexceptable . The service here sucks and these little kids need to grow up and work the manager also needs to be professional instead of playing around this is not a playground. Many people have been waiting in lines for more than half an hour to pick up peoples orders🤦🏽♀️.

For one never use the app to order they not only cancel orders with no notification but they also won't refund them unless it's been 10 business days and do they give you the meal for your trouble? No they cancel orders even if the app glitches on their side they'll still refuse to give you your order tell you it's been canceled then charge you for it anyway and hope your forget about it by 10 business days. They aren't willing to listen to anything if it's app related and they refuse to do anything other than tell you it's an app problem so they can't fix it and you'll just have to wait. The people already weren't willing to help with much here but they are useless when it comes to app stuff. Don't go here unless your willing to risk llosing your order being given no refund and not getting the food.

I regularly visit this location since moving to Portland and I find it extremely hit or miss.
Usually, the younger staff is always very sweet and friendly. Never had a problem in the drive thru or asking for help from the staff.
Though, the past two visits have been extremely frustrating and also a bit unprofessional. My mobile app was not working, so I asked the drive thru if I could grab it there. The lady was sweet, sent me around and told me to call or go in-store. I end up calling, with someone answering the phone who was very unprofessional and dismissive. I explained my situation and she worked with me to figure it out, but ultimately told me she doesn’t see my order and she couldn’t take it.
Crazy part was I was still charged, so before I could ask what I should do next (since I had the order email, the charge on my account and left with no food) she hung up on me.
Another time, I make an order, it’s takes a while (which as someone who works in customer service, I never really mind.) but even after that, they forget a large part of my order.
I just find the stability of this place to give major whiplash. I visit when I have too, but after today I think I’ll mostly avoid this location.

My experiences at this McDonald’s in Portland have unfortunately not been very good. Service tends to be slow, and it’s often difficult to find an employee available to help or answer questions.
Another concern is that staff in the back area are sometimes speaking loudly and using bad language that customers in the dining area can clearly hear. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere while trying to enjoy a meal.
I understand that fast food environments can be busy and stressful, but a little more professionalism and customer service would make a big difference at this location. I hope things improve because this restaurant could offer a much better experience.
