  Never happened to me in my life, usually the chicken is cooked throughly and this time its not. My chicken looks very light crusted and its rae on the inside…..tried calling the store also and i got no answer from them. Very disappointed.

  My wife came though the drive thru and orders 2 meal just today has been there since 4:15 and it is now 4:50 did y'all have to chase the cows down or what a worker comes to the car and ask for her ticket and can't find the food so a waste of 35 minutes with just an apology come on be better

  The food is amazing, and I like their service overall! But his picante It had a hole in it. I’d recommend they always check their condiments, as it leaked most of its contents out.

  I have had remarkable quality whataburger meals at various other locations. This location rarely hits the mark. Even through chronic disappointment, I was looking forward to my lunch. Today was a big swing and miss.. WHERE IS THE MEAT!? Shameful..

  Good god, these people take forever to make a burger, or even give you your drink. A bunch of teenagers who have never been slapped upside their heads, and blame you for any mistake they make. Going corporate was the WORST thing they ever could have done. Idk why I’m even taking the time to write this, because Chicago will never see it. Whataburger used to be the best burger in the business. Those days are long gone, I’m afraid. Hopefully In N Out is on their way to save the day. Hate their burgers, but their service beats the hell out of modern-day Whataburger by a long shot. Sad.
