- RMRuben MartinezFeb 13, 20261.0I recently placed a delivery order from the Portland H-E-B location on Wildcat. The order included two $95 briskets and a bag of pellets for my grill. Instead of the briskets, I received two $6.95 pork steaks as a substitute. I attempted to cancel the order upon learning of the substitution. However, I was informed that because the order had not been placed at least four hours in advance, it could not be canceled. When I asked where this policy was stated, I was advised to address the issue directly with Favor. I find it unacceptable that two premium briskets were substituted with pork steaks of significantly lower value without prior approval. A substitution of that nature is not comparable in price or product quality and should not have been made without confirmation. Ultimately, I chose not to keep the pork steaks and offered them to the delivery driver rather than discard them. This experience was extremely disappointing. I would appreciate clarification regarding your substitution and cancellation policies, as well as appropriate resolution for this matter. Sincerely, Ruben Martinez

- MMmwatts07Jan 31, 20261.0Curbside gave me a pellet bag that had previously been ripped open and they tried to salvage by taping it even though it still had a hole in it. Called for a refund on item and they said I had to bring it back for a refund, I've never had to bring back an item before to them in order to get a refund (spoiled fruit). Rene Rodriguez at curbside was no help at all as his girl coworkers were lauging in the background. Heb portland curbside has gone way downhill.
