Haven’t been to FG since 2015 in SA, TX. Decided to try it again, never again… The cashier was so rude, girl with blue or green hair, rudest person I’ve ever encountered, not once did she say hi, she actually didn’t say ONE word when we walked up. The 2nd we stopped talking she would roll her eyes and literally look a different direction like we bothered her. She should not be working with the general public. 2nd issue: our order was handed off to another customer, there was not many people inside and not that many to go orders so lack of attention from your staff. After we were the last ones in there, the same rude girl looked at our table then back to the guy at the grill, we noticed there was nothing cooking. She looked again at us, at that point I got up, mind you all she’s doing is staring and then turning her head. As soon as I get to the counter she then asked if we got our food I said do you see food on our table? The guy that was running the grill was the only one that came out and checked the ticket and said he was sorry. He said this is never happened before and the manager, I’m assuming she was in a black shirt. All she said was reprint his ticket that was it. It’s so disappointing to think that anything is good anymore and your restaurant just showed me that it’s not and don’t deserve my money $40 for two hamburger meals, I’d rather eat at Whataburger. What a hot mess this place is. Do yourself a favor and do some house cleaning.

We were two disabled women and we talked about the BOGO coupon and we took our order and charged us for both burgers knowing we thought we were getting one free and we’re both on a fixed income and not expecting to pay for two burgers my friend asked several times if they had to be the same burger for the bogo deal and she said no so we got the same bacon cheeseburger which is not cheap and my elderly friend went to to the counter and asked why we were charged for both and she said that was for online orders only which would’ve been nice to know when we were ordering and asking about the bogo deal the burgers were mediocre and the fries were salt less and soggy the lady didn’t offer to accommodate us in anyway and told us we could order online the next time and get the deal but after our experience we won’t be returning we were just treated with disrespect we got there early and they said they couldn’t take our order but then took the next guy who walked in order before ours

I decided to try Five Guys for the very first time. The atmosphere was bleak as the restaurant was empty and eerily quiet. This nice lady came out to take my order and quickly began to prepare it. When I got home I was eager to eat my bacon cheeseburger. The burger almost fell out of the bag as the bottom had a whole in it due to being soaked with grease. The burger itself was soggy and actually difficult to eat. If it had bacon, I didn't taste it. It was a lousy experience and expensive. Go to Whataburger, Sonic or even Burger King for a good bacon cheeseburger at a reasonable price.

Best Burger and fries - I appreciate that I can order my fries without salt or seasoning!
