When we called about our order after waiting 1 hour, they said “you’re the 4th order” and told us to wait. After the 2 hour mark we called about our order again and they told us “you can come pick it up” when we questioned about still being charged the delivery fee they told us to talk to cooperate about it. We then proceeded to ask if we’d be given a new pizza since it’s been sitting for 2+ hours and the manager hung up. After calling AGAIN! I asked to speak to a manager and the guy said he was the manager. When I questioned him about my order and picking it up he hung up on me again! This place is AWFUL and I will definitely be reaching out to any and everyone about this incident. This domino’s has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! DO NOT GO HERE

I had noticed several employees not doing much (standing around chatting and eating pizza ) but Josh and Lorenzo were on the line busting butt making pizzas and still managed to come over and help me pick up my order. Lorenzo even managed to help me without making me feel like I was a bother even though they were busy.
