Guess what I got in my burger? ONION & TOMATO.. Is it really that hard to read an order & make it as requested? Luckily my daughter checked it before I even touched it.. Cook(s) need to pay closer attention to what's happening in the kitchen. Someone can end up seriously sick or worse.

The 2nd time they only put chips nacho cheese n meat. The 1st time they left out the meat n nacho cheese. They can't seem to get order right. Nacho deluxe is about $10 and is my favorite but lately no one seems to put effort to get the order right or to right person. This Dairy Queen is really going down the drain. I just want a good decent nacho deluxe order with everything. Hope management can help.
