  Ordered a unsweet green tea with extra ice with sugar-free banana flavoring. Strong taste of coffee and I can’t stand coffee. This is the first time since I’ve been getting this drink since they’ve opened.

  Well-oilled machine. So friendly and fast. I almost didn't go because of the long line. Was there less than 5 minutes, I think.

  The girl who took my order repeatedly called me 'babe,' which was rude and unprofessional. The drinks were watered down on both visits. There is only one menu, and when you're in the back, you can't see it, yet they expect you to order. That's difficult if it's your first time there. I won't be returning. Music was too loud had a hard time understanding everything I was told.

  I didn’t realize ordering a drink at 7 Brew came with a free front row seat to workplace chaos, but here we are. The other day, there was a loud girl with brown hair who seemed way more interested in cussing out her coworkers than actually doing her job. She was dropping language left and right, clearly within earshot of customers, and acting like basic professionalism was optional. It honestly felt like I had walked into the middle of some high school drama instead of a business. Nothing says “great customer experience” like listening to employees argue and swear at each other while you’re just trying to order a drink. Super welcoming atmosphere, right? If this is the kind of behavior that’s normal there, management either doesn’t care or isn’t paying attention. Either way, it shows. I’ll gladly take my money somewhere that doesn’t feel this chaotic and unprofessional.
