  Taco Bell – 24891 FM 1314 Rd, Porter, TX I had a very unpleasant experience at this location around 3:07 AM. I was picking up an Uber Eats order that included a Cravings Deluxe Box along with additional items in a separate bag, so it was a larger order with multiple items for the customer. As delivery drivers, we do not know ahead of time if the order will be “leave at door” or “meet outside/hand to customer” until after confirming pickup. Because of that, I politely asked the employee at the drive-thru window for a bag so I could properly organize everything and present the order respectfully. Instead of helping, the employee paused, gave me a rude look, and responded in a dismissive and disrespectful way. I was simply trying to do my job correctly and make sure the customer received their food in an organized and professional manner. Handing a customer loose items without a proper bag looks unprofessional and can come off as disrespectful, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Some of the staff at this location clearly need better customer service training and communication skills. Situations like this make it harder for drivers to do their job and reflect poorly on the business. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service at this location, especially during late-night hours. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I understand how demanding the job can be, especially during late-night shifts. However, basic things like properly bagging multiple items or assisting with a simple request should not be an issue. Other restaurants handle this without any problem, especially when it comes to larger or multi-item orders. Refusing or reacting negatively to something so standard makes the experience more difficult for drivers and ultimately affects the customer. If the workflow or expectations are unclear, that’s something management should address but taking it out on drivers who are trying to do their job correctly is not acceptable.

  I came at 9:30pm ish and my total for my order was $38.52 and I tried to hand Regina a $50 bill and she told me she didn’t have change. It’s $11 and you’re telling me you don’t have change?? She proceeded to tell me I could go somewhere else and get change. Then they gave me cold food when I came back. I’m having a hard time understanding how you can’t give $11 back for change. Very unprofessional, I had to get someone to Cash App me.
