Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customer service experiences varied, with some praising friendly staff while others reported rude behavior and poor management.

Went thru Drive Thru. I am new to this area, it's a busy location. Not as convenient as my last area I lived in, so I don't go as often. Alot of traffic in this area, so I don't go as much. Love Whataburger... eating it for about 40 plus years... my favorite

Stopped by Whataburger tonight after an event, and they absolutely delivered. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what we needed after a long evening out. Our order was accurate, the fries were crisp, and the burgers tasted like they were made with care — not rushed.
The staff deserves credit. Everyone was friendly, patient, and upbeat, even with a steady flow of customers. The dining area was clean, and service moved quickly without feeling chaotic.
Whataburger has always been reliable, but tonight stood out. Great food, great service, and a consistently welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

Let’s get right into it. Too much grease on those fries. The place is busy but why not tap that grease off those fries a lot better. Lazy, and whata needs to have a break room, all this sitting at a table to eat while customers stand is unacceptable. Or smoking in the front while the place is swamped is not a good look.. get them a break room.
