- CHCathy HalversonDec 16, 20251.0pulled into taco bell parked ordered my food ahead of time to go through the drive thru. I tracked it through the app to see when it would be done. Sat there and waited for about 20 to 30 minutes as I seen three other Cars go through the drive-through order their food and get their food so I go to the drive-through after the third car. They had paid for their food and got their food within probably 510 minutes if that pull up to the window and they had just started making my food not to top it off the quesadilla the chicken quesadilla that I got barely had any chicken cheese or sauce on it only half of it. The other half is nothing but tortilla and they didn’t really fully cook it all the way.

They should get fired, even if 5 minutes left for service they have to provide service it’s complete nonsense.
