  Try to buy an ice cream cone, but they wouldn't sell it to me unless I bought something else. When I did go in there previously and buy something else their ice cream machine was down so I couldn't get the ice cream. I think they're are just too lazy to make a damn ice cream cone.

  If i could rate less than 1 star, i definitely would. Lisa that takes your order is so dry and unwelcoming. And since when did Walmart employees not get a discount? Trash service

  Fui a comprar y pedí 10 boneless y me dieron 6, no me di cuenta hasta que estaba afuera y de esas seis cuatro estaban completamente crudas

  Went and ordered 2 meals plus 4 wings. My Wife got hers with loaded fries and a lemonade, I got lemonade and just regular fries. Well I didn't get my fries, so I went and asked for them and the lady said I didn't order them. She didn't ring mine up as a combo and rang up drink and sandwhich separate. Our meal was 35 dollars for 2. The wings were only 2 dollars for 4. So she didn't give me the fries unless I paid more for them. So I said nevermind. I had also left a tip, which I dont feel you have to at places that make hourly, I was just being nice. Then I went and asked for ranch and she said I would have to pay for that too. I heard the manager/owner tell the cashier. This was the worst experience I've had at a charleys restaurant. I will never come back here. Manager was laughing and looking at us, and then was smart when we were leaving in a rude tone, see you next time. She should not be running any kind of food place.
