  The whole entire staff is very friendly and sweet. I stop by very frequently to pick up sandwiches for my parents and they are always ready by the time I come in to pick them up. This is the best subway Ive personally been to.

  Laura has excellent personality. She greets and validates you when upon entering restaurant. Finally she also reminds you on yhe specials of the day. Need more associates like her even as it gets busy she still acknowledges you. Keep up the awesome job.

  The other reviews about poor customer service are correct. Stopped in today and the woman that made my sandwich didn't care enough to listen to what I was telling her and got it wrong several times. SH obviously doesn't like her job or has personal issues or both. It ended up costing me more because she did not make my sandwich into a meal as I requested. She said, I didn't tell her, I in fact, did tell her, she just didn't hear me or didn't choose to listen. Part of this, you can actually blame on Subway for the environment that they create. YOU SHOULD NEVER, EVER EVER TIP AT SUBWAY. LESSON TO ME, THE TIPS, DO NOT GO TO THE EMPLOYEES. YOU ARE JUST AGREEING TO PAY MORE FOR THE SANDWICH, YOU JUST BOUGHT. They have no incentive to be nice to you, and give you good customer service. They do not get the tips. I understand that customers servicein America over recent years, has totally deteriorated. Yet, there are still some companies out there that understand the value of customer service. HEB and Chick-fil-A totally understand it. They both have excellent customer service and their businesses are thriving for good reason. I encourage you to take your businesses to places that understand what customer service is, and don't go to these places that don't understand it. A Walmart is the worst of them all, their customer service is truly insulting.

  Los dos trabajadores que siempre están en el mostrador atendiendo, tienen pésima atención con el cliente y sobre todo el señor, son súper racistas, al ver que eres latino te miran de reojo y ni atienden a lo que uno les quiere pedir, en fin al parecer no les gusta trabajar con el público latino. Por eso le di una estrella al servicio porque no le hubiera dado ninguna.
