    Had ordered a large amount of groceries on line in H‑E‑B app. I sent my husband to pick them up because I had a knee procedure done the previous day. When he got home, all he had was 3 little bags Whoever prepared or brought out the order failed to deliver 15 of my items. I called number listed for help and lady I spoke to. was helpful but they had to contact you to get pickup time set up. This was another 20 to 30 minute trip for us. I usually have pretty good service but this was a major oversight on your end. Perhaps when an order is this wrong, you could send someone to deliver it to our home. Stockers and carry outs for delivery should be instructed to check order before bringing it to the car
