They made my sandwich sideways so the cheese was stuck to the wrapper and filling soaked through the crack. It's supposed to be an Italian sub not a taco

I order from this Arby’s a lot, probably about 20-30 times a year. I usually DoorDash orders due to car problems, but i do also go in about 20-25% of the time. The customer service is amazing when you go in, and your order’s almost never wrong, which is ok. I expect a few mistakes as the employee’s are people. It happens and i understand that.
With that being said, I always order the same thing with minor variations. Every time, my food has been perfect. However, some of these employees apparently barely graduated elementary school. I order a sweet tea every single time, with no exceptions, and when i DoorDash my order, I get an unsweet tea about 40% of the time. My 16 year old coworker can make the correct drink every time during a lunch rush at a high volume fast food joint without double checking herself. There is absolutely no excuse for a low volume store, such as this Arby’s, to make the wrong drink as much as they have.
As much as i love this place, they seriously need to work on their reading comprehension skills when reading build tickets.
