I had a very disappointing experience at Dairy Queen. I stopped by for something simple—a cheesecake Blizzard—and the entire visit went downhill from the start. It took about five minutes just to be acknowledged at the drive-through, and then another 25 minutes to actually receive my order.
By the time I got my ice cream, it was already melted, and the cheesecake Blizzard barely had any cheesecake in it—literally one piece. On top of that, the employees seemed completely uninterested in providing good service or ensuring customer satisfaction.
Overall, this visit was a complete disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this location, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t even take free ice cream from here.

Waited a long time for 2 chicken finger baskets with cold fries!😡 They were playing around and talking LOUD! Joshlynn and the manager didn’t apologize for the cold fries! When I went back through DT Joshlynn had a nasty attitude and the manager didn’t have a good one when brought our fries out to us! Also, I had to tell them to give me a receipt! AWFUL SERVICE!🤬

I went yesterday, Thursday 12 at 6:30pm. I waited near 20-30 minutes for one chicken sandwich. I got my family's ice cream first and then was told to wait in the parking lot for the sandwich. There were multiple vehicles waiting and many inside waiting as well for their food. I left, I didnt even bother for the sandwich and went to a different food stop.
