  Ich hatte zur Abholung 2 Pizzen bestellt die nach 10 Min schon fertig waren. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Pizzen waren sehr lecker. Thin-Crust ist wie der Name sagt sehr dünn und crunchy, New York ist ein bisschen dicker vom Teig, aber nicht zu dick - optimal. Kann man sehr empfehlen

  We ordered 3 pizzas at 5:30pm. It said it would take 30 minutes to believe delivered. After 40 minutes of waiting we called. They said they were a few stops away. An hour later the same thing happened. Finally, after 2 hours of waiting we called again, Alan said that we should not have had it delivered to our door because it’s “spring break and some kid probably stole it” and that we would not be refunded for it. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. Both Alan and Ashley need to get it together.

  We ordered a pizza at 530PM it is now 830PM. We called and spoke to Alan 3 times during this time. The first time he said it was left at the door. However we have been outside on the balcony the entire time. Called back again and he said the driver was 2 stops away. Called the last time to ask for a credit and he said that it was dropped at the door yet again and he would wasnt going to credit us back because the driver was an "Assistant Manager".....i asked what does that mean..were you with her when she supposedly delivered. Very unprofessional and lacking customer service skills. I informed him i would be calling corporate. He did not care at all.

  This is a very busy week for them at spring break. Was surprised by the great service. Hard to find now days. Great job
